Electric Blue & Antique Lace Dress

I love it so much look at this color its the most beautiful shining blue. It's not html blue....don't get confused about this... it's a time for silk and elegance. Not matte blue. It's lined with cotton, so soft on the skin. A scalloped wavy hem is a subtle addition that blends this tent shape into a more textured and flowing silhouette over all. The main event is this proper victorian collar that was handmade by an expert craftswoman, if I could guess this lace collar took her over 100 hours to make! Truly an artifact, should be in a museum. But you can just enjoy it.
