Silvery Plum Fringe Bubble Skirt

I just love this fabric so much, sadly I'm running out and it will all be over.

This skirt feels slightly decadent, very much like an old cabaret costume or a vintage lampshade. The surface of this silk has a crinkled texture that makes it catch the light in a really beautiful way when you move. It pulls on with a discreet elastic waistband, and the cotton/bamboo lining makes it incredibly soft and forgiving against the body.

A length of antique fringe is perfectly sandwiched between the hem layers so it spills out underneath when you walk. The fringe moves constantly and gives the skirt a kind of dramatic little swing.

Easy to wear but a little theatrical at the same time, which is my favorite combination.
